Returns:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Your item must be in the original packaging
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process:

• You must contact us via e-mail at JusticeJuneJewelry@alagilleadvacote.com to inform us that you will return your item. In your message, please include the following:
• Your First and Last name
• The item you wish to return
• Receipt/Invoice number
• Date of purchase
• Issue with item
• Photo of item
• We will respond to you within a 24-hour period with approval and further directions. If you do not receive a response, please contact us at 619-451-7100

Refunds:

• You will be fully refunded once we receive the item.
• A refund will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item or the original method of payment
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

Return Shipping Costs:

• You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
